R-5 SSS summary

 

Manual

  • Paper: Letter (8.5in x 11in)
  • Copies to print: 1
  1. In Zipier:
    • Check the total amount due. (see form ➔)
    • Click "Sign" on the form.
    • Click "Submit" (below), then "Yes".
  2. Pay tax due. (see "Payment")
  3. Get the form and your receipt stamped.
  4. Take the stamped Payor's copy back and store in your filing.
  5. Go back to Zipier.
    • On "To-Do", find the R-5.
    • Click the blue "Tax form waiting..." icon.
    • Click "Yep, it's sent".
      • If asked to upload evidence, upload a JPG photo of the stamped R-5.

Online

Online submission can be done through BancNet.

If submitting by BancNet:

  1. You must first complete the SSS R-3.
  2. In Zipier:
    • Open the SSS R-5.
    • Click "Sign" on the "R-5" (see form ➔).
    • Click "Submit".
  3. Pay. (See "Payment" section below)
  4. Go back to Zipier.
    • On "To-Do", find the R-5.
    • Click the blue "Tax form waiting..." icon.
    • Click "Yep, it's sent".
      • If asked to upload evidence, upload a JPG screenshot of the transaction receipt from BancNet.
 

    Payable to "SSS"

    Due date is based on the 10th digit of the SSS number: 1 or 2 = 10th day of the month 3 or 4 = 15th day of the month 5 or 6 = 20th day of the month 7 or 8 = 25th day of the month 9 or 0 = last day of month

    Pay by cash or check at:

    If paying at any SSS office, posting of payment will show up in the "Payment History" within 3 to 5 days. If paying through the bank, the posting of payment may take up to 45 days.

    Online

    If paying by BancNet:

    1. Login as Approver.
      • Click on the notification link "you have a payment instruction waiting for approval".
      • Click the approval icon.
      • Select the eGov card.
      • Enter eGov card PIN.
    2. Go to "Inquiry" > "Payment Inquiry" > "Search" to print or save a copy of the transaction receipt.
    3. Log out.
