    1. Go: Start > Programs > Alphalist Data Entry and Validation > Alphalist Data Entry.
      • Enter your username and password.
      • Click the "1604-CF".
    2. Enter the tax year you're submitting for.
    3. Add the employees.
      • Click "Add/Update" to add or edit details of employees.
      • Copy in these amounts into Alphalist Data Entry and Validation (see form ➔).
      • Click "Save" once all fields have been filled in.
      • Click "Next" to copy in fields for the next employee.
      • Click "Exit" once all employees are finished.
      • Click "Print/Inquire" to see list of employees in the schedule.
    4. Click "Generate File" to create the DAT file and send it to [email protected]
    5. Wait until the BIR sends a reply email (1-3 days).
    6. Once you have the reply email, go back to Zipier.
      • Click "Submit" (below), then "Yes".
      • On "To-Do", find the "Alphalist".
        • Click the blue "Tax form waiting..." icon.
        • Click "Yep, it's sent".
          • If asked to upload evidence, upload a JPG screenshot of the email from BIR.
       
    • To submit a breakdown of compensation and tax paid by employees for the tax year.
