View the percentage of calls, with 'Spoke to' time, that have been marked as reviewed.

You can currently set two types of targets on each project at Project > Calls out > Settings:

  1. Wins target: You can define the attributes of a "win" call however you like. Set a target for your agents to achieve a number of "wins" per hour.
  2. Review target: After calls are made you can decide what percentage of those calls should be reviewed and rated for quality management against a list of critiques.
