You can currently set two types of targets on each project at Project > Calls out > Settings:
- Wins target: You can define the attributes of a "win" call however you like. Set a target for your agents to achieve a number of "wins" per hour.
- Review target: After calls are made you can decide what percentage of those calls should be reviewed and rated for quality management against a list of critiques.
