Choose the holidays to observe (above), or set to none. Used for the calculation of paid time off and holiday pay.
Describe briefly what business you're in.
The person that's allowed to sign the tax forms.
The external person (not a company employee) who prepares and signs-off on filed tax forms, and gets tax form due date reminders (usually your bookkeeper or accountant).
If "Limited", you can set the max hours of time off per month. Zipier enforces this limit. If "Unlimited", you can still track and approve paid time off, but Zipier won't enforce any limits.
If "0.0", each person should consume all their balance by year end (or they'll lose it). Otherwise, choose the allowable hours to be carried over to next year.
If "Allow...", employees can take more paid time off earlier in the year, but will still be limited by the year's total balance.
If "Yes", paid holiday time off will be auto added and approved. If "No", each paid holiday time off needs to be manually requested and approved.
The default days per year set for each new person's paid time off balance. You can still individually adjust each person. Optional: type the number for half days.
Does your country include paystubs into tax forms based on the days worked, or the date the paystub was paid? Advanced users only. If not sure, keep the default. Choosing last working day locks pay day schedules so the last working day matches the last day in the month.
The envelope size determines the position of the address on the paystub. This ensures the address correctly shows through the envelopes transparent address window when mailing.
