View individual and collective daily hours worked, and upcoming time planned.

 

Answer. Daily hours > Settings > Grid > Scroll to the bottom.

To calculate total hours between specific start and end dates, first choose:

  1. Click "Show settings" .
  2. Click "Grid" .
  3. Set the date and people filters.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the grid to see averages and totals for:
    • Hrs per day.
    • Planned time.
    • Done time.

Note: If you're looking for specific dates, scroll to the bottom of the "Prev..." and "Next..." boxes and choose "From date" and "To date".

Answer. The hours done wasn't enough to meet the hours planned.

The gray bars on the "Daily hours" and "Weekly hours" reports means a shortfall. Or in other words, that the hours done wasn't enough to meet the hours planned.

This is to assist you in easily spotting when your planned times weren't reached.
