Can't see the person you're looking for? Check they're a project leader at People ➜ HR ➜ Roles ➜ Turn on as a project....

As project leader you get to see timesheets, activity, and timesheet emails of people working in this project.

Answer. Yes. Add people as workers, then select the project when clocking time.

To can track time spent on different tasks or projects, you'll need to:

  1. On each project add your people as People ➜ Projects ➜ Worker.
  2. Now you're all set. Click the work-time menu (top right corner) and choose "Projects".
  3. Select your project from the list.

You can switch projects as often as you like. Zipier Attendance will keep track of each switch.

Answer. Go to Projects ➜ report-page-settings.

To create a report of all the hours worked in a week or month:

  1. Add people as Projects ➜ Members ➜ Workers.
  2. Have those people clock-in time against that project using the work-time menu or timesheets.
  3. Choose Projects ➜ report-page-settings then click "View".
  4. This will pop open a new tab.
  5. Print by pressing Ctrl+P
