As an admin, how can I change someone else's password? #
If one of your people needs their password changed, go to Person > Person then, down the page, click the "change password" link.
This will send that person an email so they can securely change their password themselves.
There's no way that an admin can directly access or change another person's password.

How do Zipier login sessions work? #
This means that, while on the same computer, you won't have to login again for 30 days.
After this time your session will automatically expire and you'll be returned to the log in page to log in again.
Any time you wish to log out go to Menu > Home > Log out.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset your password by:
- Go to the login page at zipier.com/login
- Click "Forgot".
- Put in your email address.
- Click "Send password reset".

My admin's sent me an invite to Zipier, but I didn't get. What should I do? #
If your admin's sent you an invite to Zipier, by email, and it's not arrived in your inbox, then:
- Check your "Spam" folder.
- Check that your admin has your email spelt correctly.
- Try going to Person > Person then, down the page, click the "resend password" link.
- If all else fails, try sending the invite to a different email address.
